August 22nd | Luxury Ring Workshop: Silver, Gold & Diamonds

In this 4-hour workshop, you'll create a sterling silver ring featuring a rose cut diamond set in 14k yellow gold—a modern heirloom made by your own hands. This is beginner silversmithing elevated: foundational techniques, refined with precious materials that add luxury and lasting value. No experience needed. 

Class sizes are kept small to ensure hands-on instruction from an experienced metalsmith. Each student will craft their own ring from start to finish, and leave with a beautiful diamond ring and an understanding of basic ring making skills.

Skills covered:

• Sizing, measuring and filing 
• Forming a ring band
• Soldering
• Shaping and texturing
• Stone setting
• Refining and polishing

*All materials and the use of tools is included.

*For safety reasons, I kindly ask that students be age 18+, or 16+ with a participating parent/guardian.

*Please bring eye magnification if needed. We will be working with small items which can be difficult for some to see clearly.
